Ingredients:
- Bag of Brussel sprouts
- Olive Oil
- Salt
- Pepper
Directions:
- Cut the Brussel sprouts. Halve the smaller ones and quarter the big ones.
- Put the cut sprouts into a large Ziplock bag. Add olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Let the sprouts sit for 3-4 hours or even overnight.
- Spread them on a roast pan
- Bake at 425 degrees for about 18 minutes. You want them to be not too hard and not too soft.
